If Mion doesn't live up to your expectations, send them back with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your money. No questions asked.

To receive your refund, you must follow these steps. (One return per customer):

1. Call Mion Consumer services at 1-800-445-5545 within two (2) days of the end of the 30-day test period. A customer service representative will let you know where to send your Mion shoes for your refund.
2. Ship your shoes and your original dated receipt of purchase to the designated location within five (5) days of your initial call to Mion customer service. Receipts will be checked for accuracy and authenticity. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Only original purchase price will be refunded; refund does not include applicable taxes and/or shipping charges for return. Copies of receipts, receipts that have been altered or modified, and all other inaccurate or inauthentic receipts will not be accepted or honored; in such cases, product shall be returned to customer. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund.
